Rubber colour indication stacking – allowing for identification of wear patens in high wear equipment such as chutes, tanks and the above illustrated reclaimed trommel now fit for use.

Phusha developed its 1st IP owned product. The Trommel was refurbished 3 colours, meaning the engineers can identify the product’s life by sight. – We had hoped the rubber would match the existing products at 3-4 months – *We are at 5 months no yellow rubber even showing.

The rubber product is superior to the previously used ceramic, concrete, rubber plies, and or steel plates.

Second productive life for used steel-cord conveyor belting. Our product reduces the environmental impact of these materials by repurposing them as “green” liners for dump trucks.

We are competing in a market controlled by different OEM’s and other competitors, but they are unable to provide individuality-based tailor-made solutions which would suit process flow and product adaptability to increase cost savings and minimize down time.
